Customer service
To complete an order of one or more #IncompletePortraits you have to follow the usual
process of online sales websites: click on the buttons close to each article to add them to the
basket. Do the checkout to end the order according to the website instructions.

Product details
#IncompletePortraits is drawn from the picture you choose. The higher the quality of it, the more faithful the reproduction will be.
As #IncompletePortraits is hand-drawn and digitally reproduced we cannot warrant a perfect replica of the original picture because of its language. But we do warrant the authenticity and uniqueness turning it up into a product with personality. If you are looking for a mass produced product we cannot help. But if you want a unique piece, made with devotion, based on sharing, complicity, consideration and able to surprise: we are here for you.

Delivery information
Delivery time:We dispatch every day. The orders will be dispatched to 10 working days to Portugal and the whole world, after the payment confirmation. Delivery in Portugal is free by regular mail and takes to 3 working days to reach destination.
For the rest of the world the dispatch is made by tracked mail and reaches destination to 10 working days.
Delivery warranty: We do not take responsibility for the loss of your order after shipment. So we advise to choose tracked mail. We advise that the recipient address is where you usually are before 6 p.m.. If there is nobody at the provided address to receive the order, a non-delivery notice will ask you to get the order at the post office for the 3 or 6 following days.
If you do not pick up your order at the post office on time, if the provided address is incorrect, if the recipient is unknown or decline the order, the order will be sent back to us. When we receive it we will inform you to proceed to the sending to the same or different recipient, to the same or different address, against payment of another shipment fee. If you do not want to pay another shipment fee, we will not be able to send the order again.
Exchange and Refund:
#IncompletePortraits is a handmade and personalized product so we do not accept exchanges or returns.
Payment Methods
The #IncompletePortraits store allows Paypal and Multibanco’s services payment as payment methods. We are prepared to accept immediately the orders paid with Paypal and cards and Multibanco’s Services Payment (Through Referência Multibanco) – this transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Eupago.
Prices
All the prices are in euros. The prices of the ordered products will be those shown on the website at the time of ordering.
#IncompletePortraits Original: The sale of this product is online exclusive and the prices of the ordered product are those shown on the website at the time of ordering.
#IncompletePortraits TO BE Collection: the sale of identical products at different prices is responsibility of retailers. Our team recommends the retail selling price to the retailers but the final price is their responsibility.

All data that we collect are encrypted through an SSL security certificate. Data are stored on a database used exclusively by #IncompletePortraits. We continually monitor access to our information technology systems to prevent, detect and block any unauthorized use of your personal date.

We never share your personal data with third parties.
For how long are data kept?
We keep your data only as long as it is required to fulfill your request. For the contact forms the data are deleted within 12 months maximum.
How can you change your consent or delete your data?
If you wish, you may request the removal of your personal data and personal account sending us an email. To cancel the newsletter subscription, you may remove your e-mail by clicking “Unsubscribe” on any of the e-mails.
At any time, you can also send an email with your request or question to incompleteportraits@gmail.com and we will answer you immediately.
What about the portability?
You can access the data gather by #IncompletePortraits through a .cvs file. If you want you can send your request by email and you will receive the file for download. (Available from May 25th 2018)
